This Privacy Policy ("Policy") is issued pursuant to the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 ("Act") and the Digital Personal Data Protection Rules, 2025 ("Rules") and governs the manner in which CL Educate Limited ("Company", "we", "us", "our") processes Personal Data of individuals ("Data Principals", "you", "your").
The Company operates the brand "Talevate" and provides online and offline educational, training, assessment, and career services ("Services").

Right to Access
You have the right to obtain from the Company a summary of your Personal Data being processed.
You may also request information regarding the categories of data processed, the purposes of processing, and the third parties to whom the data has been disclosed.
Right to Correction
You have the right to request correction, completion, or updating of your Personal Data if it is inaccurate, misleading, incomplete, or out-of-date.
Upon receiving such a request, the Company shall take reasonable steps to verify and correct the data promptly.
Right to Erasure

You have the right to nominate another individual who may exercise your rights under the Act in the event of your death or incapacity.
The Company may require reasonable verification of the nominee before acting upon any such request.
Procedure for Submitting Rights Requests

The Company may seek reasonable information to verify your identity before acting on any request.
The Company shall comply with valid requests within the timelines prescribed under the DPDP Act and Rules.
Data retained by the Company only for necessary duration.
Account Data shall be retained by the Company until deletion; Payment Data shall be retained by the Company as per applicable law.
The Data shall be deleted or anonymised by the Company upon purpose completion.
The Company implements encryption, access controls, firewall protections, audits, etc. and endeavors continuous improvement of security posture.
In case of breach the Company shall:
Notify affected users.
Notify Data Protection Board.
Take remedial measures.
It is hereby clarified that external websites are not governed by this Policy.
The Company may update this Policy with notice.
